It helps to include the email address on your account and, if it is about a specific video, its title or link. Please do not send passwords or card details.
Response time
We answer within 1 business day in most cases, and within 2 business days at the latest, Monday to Friday. Billing and refund requests are handled in the same window.
Privacy and GDPR requests
Send data requests — access, correction, deletion, portability, objection or withdrawal of consent — to the same address, veslate@gmail.com, with "GDPR request" in the subject line so it is routed correctly. We reply within one month, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
